No confirmation email, so wasn’t sure if the order had been received. Lack of updates so didn’t know when it was coming. Couldn’t get my account to work, couldn’t log in and couldn’t reset the password. Ended up ringing up to check if the order was successful and notify them of the account problem. Got the information I needed and told they would look into the account. Still not rectified yet. Item arrived today as promised and happy with it.
